Nominee Secretary
Compliance and administrative duties can be time consuming and complicated. You can free yourself from company secretarial duties and to stay in line with the rules and regulation set by the Companies House. Although there is no legal requirement for a company to appoint a secretary in a private company, but to avoid the company being considered to be a shame, we highly recommend our clients to appoint a secretary for the company.

A nominee Secretary’s name will appears on all public records relating to the secretary position, agreeing to undertake the compliance duties with the Company House. The appointment of secretary allows us to make enquiries with the Companies House on your behalf and to complete certain administrative duties with the authority so you can free yourself from the administrative hustles.
